Hi, I’m karolina.
I’m a leadership and success coach. But most importantly, a thinking partner.
My goal is to help people and companies define success, unlock potential and reach extraordinary goals in the pursuit of their version of success.
My background
I bring over 10 years of experience leading and transforming individuals and organisations though human resources, consulting and coaching roles.
Having navigated the international corporate landscape from startups to multinationals across diverse industries like technology, FMCG and professional services, I bring a practical knowledge and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by leaders in today's dynamic world.
My passion lies in empowering leaders to unlock their authentic selves and maximise their impact. I have a proven track record of supporting senior leaders through major international transformations, building high-performing teams, and fostering cultures of engagement and excellence.
Although this stretch of my career gave me valuable insight into management and leadership, I reached a point where I was successful on paper but wasn’t fulfilled in practice. I felt like I was living someone else’s definition of success.
I decided to follow my passion and focus on coaching full-time, and haven’t looked back. In a fitting way, my own life is an example of what I hope coaching can do for you—empowering transformational changes that leave you feeling more fulfilled and authentic. Your can read more about my journey below.
My Coaching philosophy
I believe that unlocking leadership potential starts with looking inward and discovering what your authentic leadership style is. My role is to be your thinking partner on this journey. This is what my signature coaching style - Authentically unique® - is all about.
My approach is grounded in the belief that a balance of empathy and directness is the catalyst for impactful coaching conversations. I'll hold a safe space for reflection while also challenging you to think critically and push your boundaries. I promise to support and empower you - with a does of healthy challenge! - to reach your full potential.
My coaching style leverages the power of neuroscience, psychology and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). My ultimate goal is to be your trusted partner on the journey of self-discovery and leadership growth.
Personally…
I live with my husband, son and two cats in Canterbury (having escaped London during the pandemic) and I feel very much like I found my space on earth. When not travelling, I work from my wooden “coaching cabin” in the forest at the bottom of the garden (which makes me somewhat feel like I’m somewhere in the Alps - a happy place for me).
In my spare time, I enjoy horse riding, long walks and drawing/arts and crafts. I love to travel and one of my favourite destination is the Alps (though I haven’t braved taking my two year old skiing yet…).
What others say about working with me.
“Working with Karolina has been an absolute game-changer for me. Karolina really understands individuals and can tailor her coaching approach accordingly. She is knowledgeable and experienced in her field, but also genuinely invested in her clients' success…”
- Cyrus, Head of Product
“Coaching is an inherently personal process so everyone’s experience will be different. What won’t change is Karolina’s commitment to your goals, motivations, career, and life in general. At the end of our journey together, Karolina feels like a trusted friend and confidante—the ideal partner for tackling life’s biggest questions.”
- Will, Marketing Director
“I would never get on with my new role as quickly and as efficiently without Karolina's coaching! The 360 she helped me to conduct was very insightful. The sessions we had that followed really helped me to implement that feedback and perform at my best. Thank you!”

“Karolina is a dream to work with. It felt like I was talking with an old friend. She is knowledgeable, experienced, calm and focused…”

Journey so far…
In a fitting way, my own life is an example of what I hope coaching can do for you—empowering transformational changes that leave you feeling more fulfilled and authentic. So here it is:
We drove in the middle of the road to avoid the car-sized snowdrifts on each side. That’s what the trucker had suggested after he pulled us out of the last one. We’d been driving for hours, snow and ice battering the four-wheel-drive that felt smaller and smaller the further we went. The thought had occurred to me, a hundred kilometres ago, that we didn’t have to be here. We chose this for ourselves.
My husband and I had always wanted to go to Iceland, and we finally took the plunge and booked a road trip to circumnavigate perhaps the world’s most hostile island. Driving over 2,500km in less than 10 days, we saw sandstorms, blizzards, jagged rocks, and volcanic wastelands that could have been the surface of the moon. The raw beauty of the place was breathtaking and equally intimidating—you wouldn’t want to travel here without heated seats.
Looking back on that trip, I remember the hard times and perseverance, then the reward of reaching that night’s shelter or the next incredible view. Sometimes we’re so focused on the destination we forget to appreciate how far we’ve come, and what we’ve already achieved to be on this road.
Easy things don’t often bring you much joy. It’s when we get uncomfortable and put in effort that counts—those are the situations that change you.
I see coaching, growth and development as a journey. The road can feel long, uncomfortable, uncertain. You may even want to give up sometimes. But the reward of reaching your destination and seeing how far you’ve come—that’s a feeling you can’t beat. Looking back, you’ll often find that the best memories were made along the way.
I’m here to help you on your journey and be your thinking partner. Like a sherpa guiding the way to the summit, or like the trucker who pulled us out of the snowdrift, I’ll be with you every step of the way on your journey to success.
